Being located close to Hangzhou Bay in the Songxia Economic Zone in Shangyu, Zhejiang Province places us close to the Hangyong highway, shortening the time it takes to travel to the ports of Ningbo and Shanghai. Moreover, by road Ningbo and Hangzhou cities are a mere hour away and Shanghai, two hours.
Situated at our 80,000 square meter factory are seven workshops conducting activities relating to hardware, plastic injection, coating and painting, transformers, glass shaping, stone make-up and final assembly. In addition our R&D and quality control facilities are equipped with over eighty sets of equipment. The company employs professionals numbering more than seventy for R&D and engineering to control workflow processing and the design and development of new products. In addition, we have more than eight hundred technicians employed at the company. Currently, monthly output reaches 350,000 sets of products and our annual sales volume is up to USD 40,000,000.
Our main lighting products include table, floor, wall and ceiling lamps as well as solar lamps and lamps for the garden. We can also supply garden sockets, electronic transformers and inductance transformers. Our remarkable R&D capability has led to cooperation with JAM3D, a famous design company from the UK, with whom we collaborate in the design of electric kettles, sandwich makers and grills. Getting ready to make their debut on the market are our other household electrical items, including hair dryers, coffeemakers, blenders and egg-cooking machines. Further evidence of our diverse range is our investment in the production of van refrigerators, which optimizes our resources and makes full use of the hardware and software available at the company.
Ninety percent of our products are exported to Europe, the USA, Canada and other countries. We have a great number of customers, most of whom are among the world top 100 retailers, such companies include LIDL, OBI, Aldi (Germany), OTT-LITE (USA), IKEA (Sweden) and Massive (Belgium).
Having passed ISO9001:2000 system certification and with 12 series of products passing GS, GS(CB), CE, UL, CUL, EMC and other international certification, we are a company committed to quality. Our brand name has been accepted by many reputable customers and well-known organizations, and further recognition has come from TUV and ITS, who regard us as one of their VIP clients. These last two organizations give our company preferential treatment, arranging periodic training, which is led by their professional engineers.
